Round pizza pan by Paderno, perfect for pizzas, cakes, and focaccia. The high edges ensure that the dough does not overflow during baking, keeping the oven clean. Iron is an excellent conductor of heat, ensuring even baking and promoting dough aeration. Resistant to high temperatures in electric, gas, or convection ovens. Before first use, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Clean with kitchen paper. Never wash with water and soap to avoid removing the oily layer that prevents rust formation.
